Twice in total: a confirmation email when you sign up, then that one email. No newsletter, nothing else.
Ritual Media, my studio, keeps your address in a Squarespace mailing list and uses it only for this. On the day, I send the email from my studio’s Google Workspace through a Google Group, so Google handles your address for that send. I won’t sell it or share it with anyone else. Make music? I’d like to hear it
I’m planning a radio for the sets in Midnight Set, and I’d like it to play music by independent artists. If you’d like your music on it, leave your details and a link in the form.
I’d only ever use a track with written permission from everyone who controls its rights. That permission would set out how the track is credited in the game, with a link to the artist, and would also cover players who stream or post videos of the game with the radio on.
This isn’t a call for submissions yet: I’m finding out who’s interested first. Leaving your details commits neither of us to anything, and it doesn’t promise you a place.
Ritual Media, my studio, keeps what you send here in Squarespace, which runs this form, and a copy comes to my studio’s email in Google Workspace. I use it only to contact you about music for Midnight Set: it isn’t added to the wishlist alert or to any mailing list, and I won’t sell it or share it with anyone else. I keep it for up to two years, and delete it sooner if you ask. If I write to you about using your music, I’ll tell you then what I keep and for how long.
